  • Delivery Timelines: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and subject to regional courier schedules or unexpected logistics delays.

  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email or notification containing tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Refund Policy

Our refund process is designed to be transparent, fair, and legally compliant.

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only issued for successfully returned items that meet our return criteria, or in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping Cost Refunds: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or wrong product shipped).

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Because our products are crafted from natural, plant-based materials and sustainable material innovations, minor natural variations in texture and color are unique characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Once an item is dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations are not accepted once production on custom or made-to-order items has commenced.

Returns

  • Return Window: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, the product must be completely unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error by us, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, clearance products, and personalized or custom-made goods are exempt from being returned.

Exchanges

  • Policy: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please initiate an exchange request through your user dashboard.

Damaged or Defective Items
