How do I know the products are truly eco‑friendly?
We personally vet every vendor and product. All sellers must meet our sustainability criteria, and we prohibit greenwashing. If you have concerns, contact us anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) through Cashfree – a secure Indian payment gateway.
Do you ship pan‑India?
Yes, we deliver across India. Vendors manage their own shipping, so delivery times may vary. You’ll see estimated delivery during checkout.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it in your account under “My Orders”.
🌱 For Vendors
How do I become a seller?
Click “Become a Vendor” on our homepage, choose a membership plan (“Access Key”), complete registration, and start listing your products. All vendors undergo KYC verification.
What are the fees / commissions?
We offer transparent membership plans (e.g., ₹299/month for 3 products) and a small commission per sale. You keep the majority of your earnings. Details are on the vendor membership page.
When and how do I get paid?
You can withdraw your earnings once you reach ₹500. Withdrawals are processed via bank transfer to your registered account. Payouts are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
Do I need GST to sell?
If your business turnover exceeds the GST threshold, you must provide your GST number. For smaller sellers, it’s optional but recommended to build trust.
📦 Orders & Payments
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, you’ll need to request a return after delivery.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Cashfree, a PCI‑DSS compliant gateway. We never store your card or UPI details on our servers.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@bhuvira-rakshati.com with photos. We’ll arrange with further facilitation.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. See our full Return Policy for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or damage in transit, the seller covers the cost. For change‑of‑mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product. The money will be credited to your original payment method.

What makes a product “certified organic”?
We work with vendors who provide certifications or verifiable claims. For products without official certification, we rely on transparent sourcing and material descriptions.
Do you use plastic packaging?
No. All shipments use plastic‑free, biodegradable or recyclable packaging materials unless absolutely necessary. We prioritise eco-friendly packaging and only use minimal plastic when required for product safety (e.g., liquids, fragile items).
How can I trust the reviews?
All reviews come from verified buyers. We encourage honest feedback and moderate to prevent spam or fake reviews.
