At Bhuvira Rakshati, we want you to love your sustainable purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order any time before it is shipped by contacting us at support@bhuvira-rakshati.com or through your account.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible – you can instead initiate a return after delivery.
  • For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), cancellation is free; for prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.

2. Return Eligibility (7‑Day Window)

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the product must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Products That Are Eligible (with special conditions)

Products That Are Not Eligible for Return

  • Perishable goods (food items, seeds, etc.)
  • Personal care items (soaps, lotions, etc.) once opened
  • Custom‑made or personalised items
  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Bhuvira Rakshati account.
  2. Go to My Account → Orders and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Click Request Refund and fill in the reason (e.g., damaged, wrong item, not as described).
  4. Submit the request. You will receive a confirmation email.

If you are unable to use the online form, you may also contact us at support@bhuvira-rakshati.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the seller if the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or damage in transit.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment source (UPI, card, bank account) for prepaid orders.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/NEFT to the bank account details you provide.
  • Store credit (wallet) refunds are also available if you prefer – please indicate your choice at the time of return.

Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@bhuvira-rakshati.com with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund (including return shipping) after verification.
